About Us
Ishshah Achieving Excellence must open enough educational programming to provide real engagement for families and demonstrate superior academic achievement. Ishshah Achieving Excellence’s “Theory of Action” describes the activities required to achieve this direct impact in targeted communities.
Currently, we provide one-on-one and small group reading instruction to students in North East Ohio requiring instruction to increase proficiency in the Ohio Third grade guarantee, phonemic awareness, syllabication, reaching Ohio than two grade levels. Our student enrichment activities focus on:
- Increase the academic performance of Ohio’s diverse students,
- Develop effective educators through professional development aligned to utilize technology

WHAT ARE WE DOING NOW?
Currently Ishshah is completing reading enrichment programming. Ishshah Achieving Excellence is educating learners through a two-fold process.
- If learners are K-12, Ishshah Achieving Excellence complete formal assessment and technology enhanced learning and teaching lab.
- Parents and guardians are trained with instructional strategies to assist learners at home.
Ishshah Achieving Excellence Program has been a God send. As parents, you desire to do the best you can for your children and sometimes that mean seeking outside help. All five of our children have made significant improvements in school because of Dr. Rosalind Henderson.
